Salary: £62,500 - £70,000 per annum - dependent on experience

The Role
In this exciting role, you’ll collaborate with responsible managers to guide staff, contractors, and consultants in adhering to the requirements of the Nuclear Site Licence (NSL), planning permissions, environmental consents, and lease obligations. Your responsibilities will include providing expert advice, identifying and addressing compliance shortcomings, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll engage in both desk‑based work and active on‑site inspections to ensure compliance standards are met. Compliance assessments, monitoring site activities, producing monthly compliance dashboards, and facilitating self‑assessments for compliance by responsible managers will be key elements of your role. You’ll also be instrumental in educating and mentoring the Sizewell C staff and contract partners on compliance obligations, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
The Skills
We are looking for candidates with experience in auditing (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001) and a background in an engineering or construction environment. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are essential.
