- Week 2 – 3 days off, 2 8-hr night shifts, 2 12-hr night shifts;
- Week 3 – 3 8-hr night shifts, 4 days off;
- Week 4 – 5 8-hr swing shifts, 2 days off.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Construction Manager you will oversee the re-construction of a key section of the SZC works. Your responsibilities include:
- Team leadership – collaborating with the PM to develop and implement detailed construction strategies and plans.
- Project oversight – delivering new projects into Sizewell C with safety and quality at the forefront.
- Stakeholder engagement – collaborating with contractors, regulators and government bodies.
- Continuous improvement – driving innovation and embedding lessons learned to ensure world-class project delivery.
- Good knowledge of CDM Regulations and proven track record of their implementation.
What We’re Looking For
We need a proven leader with a strong track record of delivering large, technically complex construction projects.
- Industry expertise – experience managing multidisciplinary teams on projects within regulated environments.
- Leadership capabilities – ability to inspire teams, resolve complex issues and foster collaboration.
- Technical knowledge – familiarity with construction methodologies, CDM Regulations and earned value management tools.
- Strong communication – excellent interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Degree and chartered status in an engineering, construction or related field desirable.
