Team Organiser Opportunity with the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), Supporting Sizewell C
As part of the CWA (Civil Works Alliance), you will support the building of Sizewell C. Sizewell C will be a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and will play a key role in our energy future, supplying reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years. This role will be within the Main Civil Works Section.

We're looking for a proactive Team Organiser to join the team supporting the Sizewell C project. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a major infrastructure programme, providing essential administrative and organisational support to a busy project team.
The Role
As Team Organiser, you'll be at the heart of the team, coordinating a wide range of activities that ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the project. From arranging travel and managing diaries to supporting onboarding and maintaining accurate records, you'll be a trusted point of contact who helps keep everything on track.
You'll work closely with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders across the project, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring efficient communication throughout the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, and office administration activities
- Arrange travel, accommodation, vehicles, and PPE requirements
- Organise meetings, prepare documentation, and take minutes where required
- Support new starters with onboarding activities and IT requests
- Maintain accurate electronic filing systems and personnel records
- Act as a key communication hub for the team and external stakeholders
- Monitor and elevate IT and facilities issues
- Manage project databases and maintain accurate information
- Process recruitment requirements and support vetting activitiesUtilise procurement and financial systems, including ordering office supplies
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Produce reports and track key performance metrics to support decision-making
