Who you are

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple properties.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of property information, tenant details, and maintenance history.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns professionally.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with tenants, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or amenities to tenants.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring quality work and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain an organized office environment, including filing documents and managing paperwork.

What you’ll do

  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
