Role Overview

As a key member of the store team, you will greet customers with confidence, maintain high presentation standards, replenish stock, operate the till, and support the store’s everyday operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with energy and confidence, offering friendly support and helping them find products they love.
  • Use in‑store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
  • Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished, ensuring displays stay fresh and on‑brand.
  • Support day‑to‑day store tasks including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
