Who is Size Group? Launched in 2009 as a small construction venture between two friends, Size Group brings together the vital elements of property from the construction of luxury buildings through to the maintenance and management of a property portfolio.

We now seek a Project Manager to join our Structures team on a permanent, full-time basis, working across a number of projects in London and the surrounding counties.

The Role

As a Project Manager within our Structures Team, you’ll oversee the delivery of complex structural works across multiple super‑prime residential projects in London and the surrounding counties. You’ll lead site activities, coordinate specialist subcontractors, and ensure that structural packages, including basements, temporary works, steelwork, and major alterations are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. This role is site‑based across several locations, so a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

  • Plan, manage, and oversee all structural work packages from pre‑construction through to handover.
  • Coordinate site teams, structural engineers, designers, and specialist subcontractors.
  • Review and manage structural methodologies, temporary works designs, and sequencing.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme and quality expectations.
  • Lead regular site meetings, track progress, and report risks, issues, and updates to senior management.
  • Support commercial teams with change identification, cost impacts, and subcontractor oversight.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and uphold professional communication across all parties.
  • Ensure compliance with H&S standards, RAMS, and CDM requirements.

About You

To be considered for the role of Project Manager, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site/Construction Manager delivering structural or complex refurbishment works.
  • Background in prime residential, high‑end refurbishment, basements, steelwork, or major structural alterations is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of structural sequencing, temporary works, and site logistics.
  • Confidence in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing specialist subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple sites as required.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
