We are looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our Country Houses team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with cost planning, budgeting and financial control across luxury residential projects
  • Support the preparation of tender documentation, bills of quantities and contract documents
  • Help manage subcontractor procurement, including comparisons, appointments and valuations
  • Assist in the preparation of interim valuations, cost reports and final accounts
  • Support the management of variations, change control and risk assessments
  • Work closely with site teams, suppliers and consultants to ensure commercial objectives are met
  • Attend project meetings and develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure commercial activities align with contractual requirements, company procedures and best practice

About You

  • A recent graduate (or soon‑to‑be graduate) in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
  • Have a strong interest in luxury / prime residential construction and high‑quality delivery
  • Good numerical, analytical and organisational skills, with high attention to detail
  • A confident communicator, able to build relationships with colleagues, supply chain and clients
  • Proactive, eager to learn and keen to progress
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • A professional, positive attitude and pride in producing high‑quality work
