We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Apprentice Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing Property Care team on a permanent, full‑time basis.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our growing Building Services division as an Apprentice Air Conditioning Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long‑term career within the air conditioning and wider building services industry. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will gain hands‑on experience in installing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of air conditioning systems across high‑end residential and commercial properties in London. No prior air conditioning experience is required, just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced engineers with installations, planned maintenance and reactive repairs
  • Support the installation of split, multi‑split and VRV/VRF systems
  • Learn to carry out servicing, fault‑finding and basic diagnostics
  • Use tools, testing equipment and systems safely and effectively
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to health and safety regulations
