We’re looking for a Junior Support Engineer who enjoys solving difficult technical challenges and wants their work to have real operational impact.

What You’ll Do

As a Junior Support Engineer, you’ll provide 1st line support to our teams that design, build, and deliver secure digital solutions in highly secure environments. You’ll work alongside engineers, architects, and delivery specialists to develop technology that enables faster, safer decision-making for critical operations. Your work may include:

  • Provide first response to tickets, calls, emails and monitoring events
  • Engage with users face-to-face
  • Perform initial triage of incidents and requests
  • Escalate tickets within the team to 2nd and 3rd line engineers as required
  • Onboarding and offboarding of internal and customer users
  • Ongoing support of user accounts, access and permissions
  • Build, deploy and troubleshoot end user devices (EUDs)
  • Testing, build and tracking of physical assets including EUDs and servers

What We’re Looking For

We value people who take ownership, think critically, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team tackling complex challenges. You don’t need to tick every box, but we’re particularly interested in people with skills/experience in:

  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MacOS operating systems
  • Understanding of computer components and physical hardware including desktop and laptop computers and servers
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts
  • Azure/Microsoft 365 user and device administration
  • InTune & Jamf administration
  • Active Directory user and group administration

Just as important are curiosity, strong problem solving ability, and the motivation to continuously improve how technology is designed and delivered.
