We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our finance team on a temporary basis. Reporting to the Senior Project Accountant, the Accounts Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our finance function, facilitating accurate and timely financial reporting.

Experience:
- Experience in a finance function.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and organise financial data.
- Familiarity with NetSuite desirable but not essential. Must be competent using Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications:
- Studying AAT, AAT Qualified or QB.
Tasks / Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable - Distributing customer invoices and following up on overdue invoices.
- Accounts Payable - Adding supplier invoices to NetSuite and processing the weekly payment run via the bank.
- Contractor Invoices - Check contractor invoices match approved timesheets.
- Expense Process - Be the final approver of all expenses, checking they are routed to the correct project/ledger codes.
- Bank - Maintain the bank feed on NetSuite and complete monthly bank reconciliations.
- MI Reporting - Complete the monthly management information report to Crown Commercial Services.
- Credit Card Statements - Administer the credit card process.
- Audit - Assist with the annual audit.
- Time Sheets - Provide support to the Operations team for time sheeting.
- Other Duties - As required by management.
