We’re looking for a Senior Support Engineer who enjoys solving difficult technical challenges and wants their work to have real operational impact.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Support Engineer, you’ll provide 2nd and 3rd line support as we deliver secure digital solutions in highly secure environments. You’ll work alongside engineers, architects, and delivery specialists to develop technology that enables faster, safer decision‑making for critical operations. Your work may include:
- Respond to incoming tickets and provide ongoing feedback on progress.
- Providing expert, 2nd/3rd line support for our environments, services and infrastructure.
- Continual improvement & problem management.
- Ensure incident tickets are appropriately updated and maintained and fed into the major incident process where necessary.
- Ensure incident resolutions are appropriately documented in the ticketing system and wider knowledge base.
- Occasional travel to remote sites may be required.
What We’re Looking For
We value people who take ownership, think critically, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team tackling complex challenges. You don’t need to tick every box, but we’re particularly interested in people with skills/experience in:
- Windows 10/11 & Apple MacOS support and administration
- Azure/Microsoft 365 user and device administration
- Microsoft Teams administration
- Endpoint Manager/InTune administration
- Active Directory user and group administration
- PowerShell & scripting experience
- End User Device provisioning, onboarding of users
- Understanding of security concepts (MFA, Conditional Access)
- Knowledge of networking & VPN configuration
Just as important are curiosity, strong problem solving ability, and the motivation to continuously improve how technology is designed and delivered.
