We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Account Director to join our existing, experienced team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute to a business strategy that delivers profitable growth and operations within your Account in line with SiXworks’ mission and vision.
  • Support the development of a coherent Go To Market strategy and plan to identify and pursue opportunities.
  • Establish and provide direction to the change management strategies and plans needed to continue the sustainable growth of SiXworks.
  • Engage, influence and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure SiXworks’ operations meet agreed business strategy and requirements.
  • Contribute to Capability Development and Innovation within SiXworks and actively find new revenue streams and clients to develop profitability and growth.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers assuring the SiXworks brand is synonymous with, and recognised for, quality of service.
  • Lead and ensure a high performing culture exists within your Account.
  • Regular contribution to internal communications to share good news stories, business updates etc in order to increase engagement levels.
  • Support the strategic Business Development and commercial functions performed by the CEO and Director BD and Commercial where required.
  • Be inspirational in delivering and messaging the company’s mission and vision.
  • Work collaboratively across peer groups.
  • Always look for ways to improve our service and quality.
  • Carrying out other specific roles/duties when required and as directed.
