Sixty Learn is a young two-person startup building AI-powered learning technology — already working with global organisations like the House of Commons, Network Rail, Nestlé, and Nationwide. Now we’re hiring our first team member. You won’t be joining a department. You’ll be joining the business. One day you might be sorting invoicing or building a cash flow view. The next, creating a sales pack, testing a product feature, or setting up a client pilot. It’s fast, varied, and sometimes messy — but you’ll see how a startup actually works, not just one small part of it. If that sounds like your kind of environment, keep reading.
A bit more about us: We specialise in learning around ‘soft’ and ‘people’ skills — the things education doesn’t traditionally teach you. Our areas of focus are early careers and frontline training — where our mobile tech thrives. We have 3 core platforms, supported by people services — we help our clients with content creation.
The individual who’ll thrive in this role:
- You take ownership.
- You figure things out.
- You don't wait to be told what to do.
Ideal candidate profile (we don't expect you to tick every box):
- Experience owning and delivering something — we care less about what it was than what you genuinely delivered.
- Comfortable applying Gen-AI tools to real work — we're an AI company, so genuine fluency matters.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with complex problems and a fast learner.
- Strong written and verbal communication — you’re clear, concise, engaging.
- Comfortable with numbers and basic data analysis — finance is part of the role.
- Entrepreneurial spirit — you want to build things and make a difference to the world, not just coast.
- Practical experience with Excel, Gen-AI, and workflow tools — applied to real tasks, not just coursework.
Details:
- £30-35k starting salary — dependent on experience.
- Stamford, Lincolnshire — our office location.
- Hybrid working — 3 days minimum in office per week following induction.
- Immediate start available.
- 50:50 board — we’re proud to say our board is 50% female managed.
