Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior 3D Designer to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing business at an exciting stage, with real influence over the creative direction and development of the company. - Interpret client briefs, brand guidelines, project objectives, and budgets, translating them into compelling and practical design solutions
- Produce high-quality 3D visuals, technical drawings, design presentations, and supporting creative documents
- Take ownership of design intent from concept through to final delivery, ensuring the finished project reflects the approved creative direction
- Work closely with project teams, production teams, and suppliers to ensure designs are accurate, feasible, buildable, and commercially considered
- Present design concepts confidently to clients and stakeholders, clearly explaining creative rationale and design decisions
- Support the growth of the design team over time, providing creative guidance, feedback, and leadership to junior designers as the team develops
- Maintain brand consistency and high design standards across multiple projects and client accounts
- Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, finishes, production methods, and sustainable design practices
- Contribute to the development of internal design processes, standards, and best practice
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years’ professional experience in event, exhibition, experiential, interior, or brand environment design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative concept development, large-scale spatial design, and high-quality visualisation
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software, ideally including:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- 3ds Max with V-Ray
- Strong creative vision, with the ability to lead projects from concept through to delivery
- Experience mentoring, guiding, or leading junior designers would be beneficial
- Good understanding of materials, construction methods, detailing, and buildability within temporary or semi-permanent environments

- Confident client-facing skills, with the ability to present and communicate creative ideas clearly
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
