What you’ll be doing?
This sits right at the heartbeat of the business. A proper all-rounder. Commercially sharp. Operationally switched on. Financially aware.
You’ll be the glue between finance, operations and leadership, making sure everything is connected, running smoothly, and set up to scale. You’ll be making decisions daily, owning projects, and working closely with senior stakeholders to keep the business moving forward.
- Keeping operations tight, structured and under control
- Owning documentation, compliance and multi-site standards
- Supporting contracts, suppliers and statutory requirements
- Connecting sites with head office and driving clear communication
- Working with ops to deliver on the ground
- Supporting marketing, planning and key events
- Maintaining clean data and supporting board reporting
- Supporting HR admin, payroll and employee records
- Tracking absence, holidays and compliance
- Improving systems, fixing inefficiencies and driving integration
- Supporting delivery across projects, seasonal readiness and new initiatives
What we’re looking for…
- Experience in a similar role across operations / finance / business support
- Background in multi-site environments (hospitality, leisure, retail)
- Someone who naturally brings structure and organisation
- Strong attention to detail (you notice what others miss)
- Commercial awareness
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
