CONTENT CREATOR & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER LONDON. ICONIC PIZZA BRAND. CREATIVE. TIKTOK BLANK CANVAS. MAKE IT YOURS.

What's in it for you?

  • Salary up to £45,000 – with flex for the right person
  • Hybrid – 4 days in restaurants and at London HQ, 1 day from home
  • Real creative ownership from day one – and a TikTok presence that's completely untouched
  • A brand with genuine personality, loyal customers and a story worth telling

Who are they?

One of the UK's most loved pizza brands. Slow-proved sourdough, honest ingredients, neighbourhood restaurants that feel genuinely alive. The DNA is simple: if it can be done by hand, it should be done by hand. That philosophy should run through every piece of content this role creates.

This is where you come in

The Instagram is active. TikTok hasn't been touched. The brand has real personality and restaurants full of character – but no one dedicated to capturing it. You'll be the first. Going into restaurants, building relationships with the teams and creating content that finally does the brand justice.

What you'll get up to?

  • Plan, shoot and edit content across Instagram and TikTok – natural, restaurant-floor content that feels real
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement across all platforms in the brand's voice
  • Build influencer and creator relationships that feel authentic, not transactional
  • Track performance and iterate – especially on TikTok, which is yours to build from zero

You'll thrive if you are:

  • A genuine social native who knows what works on these platforms without being told
  • Strong on both sides – content creation and channel management. One without the other won't work here.
  • A people person – confident going into busy restaurants and building rapport with big personalities
  • Mobile-first, instinctive and not precious about getting stuck in

The type of person they want?

Someone who gets the brand, gets the channels and gets people. Not a great videographer who's never thought about social strategy. Not a planner who can't point a camera. Both. This brand is handmade and honest. The content should be too.
