What you'll be doing
- Own payroll from start to finish.
- Be the expert behind people systems.
- Help shape benefits offering.
- Keep compliance under control.
- Build great relationships.
What we're looking for
- Proven payroll experience within a multi-site or complex organisation.
- Experience working with an outsourced payroll bureau.
- Strong HR/payroll systems experience, ideally Fourth.
- Experience administering pensions and employee benefits.
- Knowledge of payroll legislation, apprenticeship levy and gender pay gap reporting.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external providers.
- A proactive approach to improving systems and processes.
- Experience with travel management platforms such as Roomex would be advantageous.
