What you’ll get up to…
- Create learning frameworks and pathways across all levels (HOD, GM, apprenticeships, soft skills, compliance)
- Develop group-wide L&D content and programmes suitable for a multi-brand portfolio
- Partner with GMs to understand development needs and deliver value centrally
- Work with the Training manager and Training officer to shift L&D from reactive to strategic, proactive planning

- Strong hotel or hospitality background (hotel management company experience ideal)
- Strategic thinker with ability to create frameworks, not just deliver training
- Experienced leading small L&D teams
- Comfortable working across multi-brand environments with varied owner priorities
