What will you be doing?

  • Reporting into the HR Director, you’ll act as a trusted HR partner to managers across venues and head office, rolling up your sleeves, solving problems, and building stronger people capability across the group.
  • This is a hands-on, operational role where visibility and impact really matter.
  • Leading complex Employee Relations cases with confidence and sound judgement.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to managers across venues and head office.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior HR team members.
  • Designing and delivering practical, face-to-face manager training.
  • Strengthening HR processes, policies, and operational consistency.
  • Partnering with teams to ensure the right people are in place as the business evolves.
