What We’re Looking For:

This is a unique dual-role opportunity: part number-cruncher, part people champion. You’ll own end-to-end payroll for 1000+ team members, while also supporting the day-to-day running of HR operations and employee relations. You’ll be based in the support office two days a week, with flexibility the rest of the time.

  • Run two monthly payrolls (hourly + salaried) with precision and care
  • Handle payroll queries and produce clear, accurate reports and journals for finance
  • Partner with managers to support employee relations casework and HR queries
  • Keep employee data up to date in the Fourth HR system
  • Manage the people inbox, contracts, absences, references, and more
  • Support exit interviews and feed insights back into the business
  • Travel to venues across the UK to build relationships and offer on-site support
