We’re supporting a growing hospitality business on the hunt for an Operations Director to lead performance, people, and standards across all sites. This is a newly created, high-impact role designed to bring consistency, structure, and clear leadership across a multi-site operation while keeping the culture entrepreneurial, warm, and full of heart.
You’ll lead operations managers, champion people development, and create clarity and rhythm in how the business runs day to day - driving operational excellence without losing the individuality of each site.
What you’ll do:
- Leading and inspiring a talented operations team, helping them grow and thrive
- Building high-performing site teams with clear roles, accountability, and focus
- Putting smart processes in place to bring consistency and structure across operations
- Partnering closely with commercial and people teams to ensure operations support business goals
- Being visible in the business and leading from the front
- Driving engagement, standards, and exceptional service across every site

- Experienced in leading multi-site hospitality operations
