What you'll be getting up to?
- Owning the full site operation — guest experience, F&B standards, film scheduling, compliance, and facilities
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of around 100 people
- Being present and visible — leading from the floor
- Taking full P&L ownership — forecasting, cost control, labour budgets, and driving strong EBITDA
- Driving local sales and marketing activity — community relationships, private hire, events, and new commercial opportunities
- Knowing when to set the vision and when to roll your sleeves up
