Our client is an established, multi-site premium restaurant group in Central London. They are seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to lead their reservations function, ensuring a seamless, professional booking experience for guests across all venues.
The Reservations Manager will lead a team of reservations agents from a central office, ensuring the reservations system is maintained accurately and that every guest enquiry, booking and request is handled to a consistently high standard. This role also plays an important part in optimising revenue through effective management of covers, seating and no-shows.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of each venue's offering to support informed guest recommendations
- Maintaining accurate records of bookings, cancellations and guest preferences, ensuring guest data is handled securely
- Monitoring booking trends and optimising seating plans to maximise revenue and minimise no-shows
- Producing regular reporting on reservations performance for senior management
Proven experience in a reservations management role, ideally across multiple sites.
