A field-based role with flexibility, usually 1–2 days per week based at HQ in Central London.

The Property team is small, experienced, and high-performing, with a Property Director, Facilities Manager, Project Managers and trusted design partners already in place.

This is a role for someone who wants ownership, someone who can take a project from the moment the keys land right through to opening night.

  • Taking ownership of end-to-end delivery for new openings and refurbishment projects, making sure they land on time, on budget and to a consistently high standard.
  • Building and managing CAPEX budgets, tracking spend and keeping the Property Director updated throughout each project.
  • Acting as the client representative on site, making decisions, solving problems and keeping quality, programme and delivery on track.
  • Managing contractor tenders, procurement, client directs and FF&E delivery.
  • Working through planning, licensing, landlord approvals and Listed Building Consent where required.
  • Creating detailed handover packs for Operations, including compliance documents, O&M manuals and finishes schedules.
  • Working with the Maintenance Manager to shape the refurbishment programme and support accurate CAPEX forecasting.
  • Ensuring all projects meet Building Safety Act requirements, Health & Safety standards, Building Regulations and Fire Safety compliance.
