What you’ll be doing?
You’ll sit right at the heart of the operation bridging operations and the People team, driving engagement, shaping culture, and influencing leadership. You’ll be on the ground, in the business, building relationships that make things happen.
Key focus areas:
- Leading people-first initiatives that drive engagement, wellbeing, and performance
- Using data and insight to influence decisions and shape strategy
- Owning and evolving engagement surveys, turning feedback into meaningful action
- Partnering with GMs and Area Managers to coach, challenge, and upskill
- Shifting the dial from reactive ER to proactive, strategic people leadership
- Delivering training and development to elevate management capability
- Leading on talent mapping, succession planning, and internal progression
- Acting as the link between operations and People, driving continuous improvement
- Supporting on complex ER while empowering managers to own their people challenges
- Streamlining and improving people processes, including payroll.
