This group is a rapidly growing hotel management company operating 40–45 hotels across the UK. They partner with owners across multiple brands including IHG, Marriott, Hilton and independents. Founded five years ago, the business has had exceptional growth and is now moving into a more strategic, future-focused people agenda.

What you’ll get up to…

  • Create learning frameworks and pathways across all levels (HOD, GM, apprenticeships, soft skills, compliance)
  • Develop group-wide L&D content and programmes suitable for a multi-brand portfolio
  • Partner with GMs to understand development needs and deliver value centrally
  • Work with the Training manager and Training officer to shift L&D from reactive to strategic, proactive planning

Your DNA…

  • Strong hotel or hospitality background (hotel management company experience ideal)
  • Strategic thinker with ability to create frameworks, not just deliver training
  • Experienced leading small L&D teams
  • Comfortable working across multi-brand environments with varied owner priorities
  • Confident communicator able to influence execs, GMs and site teams
  • Creative, forward-thinking and passionate about modern learning trends
