What will you be doing?

Reporting into the HR Director, you’ll act as a trusted HR partner to managers across venues and head office, rolling up your sleeves, solving problems, and building stronger people capability across the group. This is a hands-on, operational role where visibility and impact really matter.

  • Leading complex Employee Relations cases with confidence and sound judgement
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to managers across venues and head office
  • Supporting and mentoring junior HR team members
  • Designing and delivering practical, face-to-face manager training
  • Strengthening HR processes, policies, and operational consistency
  • Partnering with teams to ensure the right people are in place as the business evolves
  • Maintaining strong compliance across contracts, policies, and employment practices
  • Building management capability through coaching and practical guidance

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong generalist HR experience within hospitality and leisure
  • Confident managing ER within fast-paced, people-heavy businesses
  • Has delivered manager training or hands-on L&D initiatives
  • Holds CIPD Level 5 (or has equivalent practical experience)
  • Enjoys being operational and close to the business
  • Balances empathy with commercial pragmatism
  • Thrives in energetic, evolving environments
