What will you be doing?

  • Reporting into Group HR Manager, you’ll act as a trusted ER partner to managers across venues and head office, rolling up your sleeves, solving problems, and building stronger people capability across the group.
  • Leading Employee Relations cases with confidence and sound judgement
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to managers across venues and head office
  • Strengthening HR processes, policies, and operational consistency
  • Maintaining strong compliance across contracts, policies, and employment practices

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong generalist HR experience within hospitality and leisure
  • Confident managing ER within fast-paced, people-heavy businesses
  • Holds CIPD Level 5 (or has equivalent practical experience)
  • Enjoys being operational and close to the business
  • Balances empathy with commercial pragmatism
  • Thrives in energetic, evolving environments
