What will you be doing?
- Reporting into Group HR Manager, you’ll act as a trusted ER partner to managers across venues and head office, rolling up your sleeves, solving problems, and building stronger people capability across the group.
- Leading Employee Relations cases with confidence and sound judgement
- Acting as a trusted advisor to managers across venues and head office
- Strengthening HR processes, policies, and operational consistency
- Maintaining strong compliance across contracts, policies, and employment practices
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong generalist HR experience within hospitality and leisure
- Confident managing ER within fast-paced, people-heavy businesses
- Holds CIPD Level 5 (or has equivalent practical experience)
- Enjoys being operational and close to the business
- Balances empathy with commercial pragmatism
- Thrives in energetic, evolving environments
