A standalone, senior role reporting directly into a Director-level stakeholder.

Exposure across the full commercial and operational P&L, working closely with a dedicated sales lead.

Our client operates a well-established B2B conference and events venue in Central London, hosting meetings, conferences and receptions for a broad range of corporate and public sector clients. The venue has built a strong reputation for service quality and sustainability, generating around Β£1m in annual turnover across multiple events a week. This is a genuinely hands-on, people-first environment where the right leader can make an immediate and visible impact, working closely with senior stakeholders who are keen to hand over full day-to-day ownership.

  • Partner with the sales lead to shape commercial strategy, pricing and revenue growth.
  • Oversee facilities, health & safety and compliance, working alongside specialist support.
  • Manage rota and resourcing across permanent, casual and agency staff.
  • Senior leadership experience within a B2B conference and events venue, hospitality operation or comparable service-led environment.
  • A broad, multi-disciplinary skill set spanning operations, F&B/catering coordination, facilities/H&S and commercial strategy.
  • Confident, credible and commercially minded, with strong P&L ownership and revenue-management experience.
