NORTH WEST. FIELD-BASED. FRANCHISE. GROWTH-FOCUSED

What’s in it for you?

  • Up to £75k plus company car
  • Field-based role with genuine autonomy
  • Join a growing franchise division with serious runway
  • Work directly with ambitious owner-operators
  • Be part of a business investing in growth, not just maintaining the status quo

Who are they?

With two distinct concepts they are creating opportunities for the right partners to build successful businesses, backed by the support, expertise, and proven experience of an established hospitality group.

This is more than franchise support. It’s about identifying the right operators, building genuine partnerships, unlocking commercial potential, and giving ambitious businesses the platform and support to thrive.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be the driving force behind franchise growth – identifying the right partners, building relationships, and helping operators maximise performance.

Your role will include:

  • Building and managing a pipeline of future franchise partners – finding, assessing, and onboarding the right operators
  • Working closely with Partner Operators to drive commercial growth and unlock opportunities
  • Leading regular business reviews, site visits, and performance conversations
  • Using data and insight to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and create action plans
  • Coaching and challenging operators to build sustainable, successful businesses
  • Managing partnership agreements and stepping in when accountability is needed

What they’re looking for...

This role is for someone who understands hospitality, commercial performance, and what makes a successful operator.

You’ll ideally have:

  • A strong multi-site hospitality background within leisure, pubs, restaurants, or wider hospitality
  • Experience working in a field-based commercial role
  • Experience recruiting franchisees, operators, partners, or similar entrepreneurial talent
  • Confidence working autonomously and influencing business owners
  • The ability to build trust quickly while still holding people accountable
  • Strong communication skills and a natural coaching style
  • Based in the North West (Manchester or Liverpool)
