What you’ll be doing?
This is a hands-on HR Manager role supporting a multi-site, operational business during a period of growth, systems change, and increasing complexity. It’s well suited to an experienced, practical People professional who enjoys owning their remit day-to-end and balancing project delivery with strong day-to-day HR support. This is very much a sleeves-rolled-up interim role. Working closely with senior leaders and operational managers, you’ll provide trusted, pragmatic HR support while ensuring consistent, effective delivery across the People function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the People function across a multi-site, operational business
- Owning and delivering a range of People projects
- Reviewing, improving, and implementing People policies and procedures
- Supporting the rollout and embedding of a new performance framework, including coaching and developing line managers
- Providing confident, practical employee relations support, managing complex ER cases
- Ensuring continuity across the People function and delivering a clear, organised handover at the end of the assignment
About you
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner, ideally with interim exposure
- Strong employment law knowledge with hands-on ER experience
- Experience supporting People systems projects and organisational change
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, operational, multi-site environments (hospitality or leisure preferred)
- Commercial, pragmatic, and happy to be hands-on when needed
