A stunning 4 Star Manchester property seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead their team and help shape the future of the hotel.

What will you get up to?

  • Oversee the daily operations of a hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, employee performance, and profitability.
  • Lead departments such as front desk, food and beverage, meetings and events, and maintenance while implementing strategies to improve service and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations including housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, and meetings and events.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate department heads and staff. Foster a positive work culture.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Ensure guests receive top-tier service.
  • Ensure the hotel complies with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy rates, improve guest ratings, and maximise revenue.
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to attract new business and maintain customer loyalty.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hospitality role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Business acumen with an understanding of financial planning and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, Protel, or similar).
  • Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
