In this role, you’ll lead the full recruitment function, designing scalable strategies to attract brilliant people across all sites, head office, and leadership roles. You’ll champion candidate experience and be the driving force behind their employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver a proactive recruitment strategy across all business functions
  • Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding
  • Build and promote a clear, engaging employer brand across all channels
  • Coach and support senior leaders to embed outstanding hiring practices
  • Oversee recruitment reporting: time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, retention, and pipeline health
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to plan headcount needs
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future growth and key roles

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including leading or building a function
  • Hospitality experience is a MUST
  • A passion for finding – and keeping – brilliant people
  • Strong communication skills with a coaching mindset and commercial acumen
  • Data-driven and analytical, with experience using ATS/HR tech tools
  • A natural storyteller with a flair for employer branding and social content
