A London-based boutique agency with a culture-led approach is seeking a Head of Client Services. The role offers a salary of up to £65K, hybrid working, 30 days annual leave per year plus birthdays and Christmas closure, and summer Friday hours.

This senior leadership position allows for significant influence in shaping the future of marketing within the luxury, travel, and hospitality industries. The agency is focused on collaboration, curiosity, and meaningful work.

Responsibilities include:

  • Fostering collaboration across four divisions: PR & Influencer, Digital Marketing, Social Media & Content, and Client Services.
  • Contributing to the senior leadership team, shaping agency vision, process evolution, and growth strategy.
  • Providing critical oversight and challenge on all strategies presented to clients, ensuring strategic coherence and creative effectiveness.
  • Championing excellence in client service delivery and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a marketing leader with project management skills, experience in hospitality or similar D2C industries, and a strong background in creativity, execution, and commercial thinking.
