About the Role

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of food qaulity, service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated back-of-house team
• Drive profitability while maintaining a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere
• Manage budgets, stock, and supplier relationships
• Champion quality, consistency, and innovation in food offerings

About You

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a busy pub, bar, or restaurant environment
• Strong food, health & safety knowledge
• Knowledge of fresh food and seasonal produce
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commercial acumen with a track record of achieving targets
• Passion for great food and guest service
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
