What you’ll be doing...
- Hands-on, market-building role with serious autonomy.
- You’ll be the one winning new restaurant partnerships end-to-end, spotting the right spots, opening doors and getting them up and running.
- You’ll also nurture early performance and make sure each launch feels like a win.
- You’ll be the go-to local expert, the friendly face in the Scottish hospitality scene, working closely with the team to shape strategy and make a real impact.
- This role is high-energy, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and building strong, lasting relationships.
- Own Glasgow & Edinburgh’s hospitality scene
- Build and execute a Scotland-focused sales plan
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Onboard and nurture new partners
- Share local insights to shape marketing and customer growth
- Track KPIs: pipeline, conversions, launches, and early partner success
- Keep CRM and reporting accurate and actionable
Who we’re looking for...
- 3+ years in sales, business development, or commercial partnerships
- Proven track record of building pipelines and closing revenue
- Experience in hospitality, food, consumer tech, marketplaces, or start-ups
- Comfortable engaging founders and owner-operators
- Familiar with Glasgow & Edinburgh hospitality!
- Based in or near Glasgow/Edinburgh (or happy to travel frequently)
- Data-savvy & organised
