What You'll Be Doing?

  • Developing and delivering marketing plans across key trading periods
  • Leading campaigns and initiatives from idea through to execution and review
  • Supporting the development and promotion of leisure activities, shaping how they're positioned and communicated
  • Monitoring performance, using data and insight to identify opportunities and feed learnings back into future planning
  • Taking a joined-up view of the customer journey, working with digital and site teams to improve how guests discover, book and experience the offer
  • Building strong relationships with operations, sales and site teams to ensure activity lands in the real world

About You

This role would suit someone who:

  • Has solid experience in a marketing role within the experience or leisure industry
  • Brings strong campaign planning and delivery experience across multiple channels
  • Is comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment without losing quality
