What you’ll get up to…
- Be a Player-Manager - actively prospect, pitch, and negotiate with high-value clients, whilst supporting your team to deliver their own targets.
- Build and manage the sales team - mentor, coach, and support team members while setting clear goals and tracking performance.
- Drive the sales strategy – work closely with the CCO to define target markets, shape outreach tactics, and pivot quickly based on what’s actually converting.
- Collaborate across the business - work with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging, campaigns, and feedback loops.
- Own the pipeline and reporting - maintain visibility on all deals, forecast accurately, and ensure the team is focused on the right opportunities.
Your DNA…
- A strong background in a similar role within Hospitality SaaS / Tech Sales.
- Driven to go the extra mile – this is a legislation heavy sector, so an interest to keep on top of all the latest news impacting hospitality.
- Experienced in enterprise or multi-site sales with longer deal cycles.
- Commercially savvy, consultative, and confident engaging at senior stakeholder level within people, finance or operational teams.
