- Own and drive events revenue for the venue - full accountability for hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Build a corporate client base from the ground up through proactive outbound outreach, networking and venue showcases.
- Manage the full client journey end to end - from first contact through to event delivery and post-event follow-up.
- Host and attend networking events that get the right decision-makers through the door.
- Work closely with the on-site ops team to make sure every event is delivered exactly as promised.
A proven track record in B2B or events sales - outbound, target-driven and results-focused. Confident, personable and brilliant at building relationships that stick. Highly organised - able to manage an active pipeline and live event delivery at the same time.
