Own payroll from start to finish. Help shape benefits offering. Proven payroll experience within a multi-site or complex organisation. Experience working with an outsourced payroll bureau. Strong HR/payroll systems experience, ideally Fourth. Experience administering pensions and employee benefits. Knowledge of payroll legislation, apprenticeship levy and gender pay gap reporting. Experience with travel management platforms such as Roomex would be advantageous. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical business function while helping shape how payroll, systems and benefits evolve. You'll have the autonomy to improve processes, influence decisions through data and work closely with HR and Finance to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
