THE ROLE
We’re looking for an elite operator—a commercially-minded, strategic thinker who can work shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients CEO across four dynamic divisions spanning property, consultancy, investment, and professional services. This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, sees around corners, and takes ownership at the highest level. You’ll be instrumental in driving the group’s most critical decisions, managing key legal and commercial relationships, executing high-impact projects, and building the operational foundations that enable scale.
YOUR MISSION
- Act as the CEO’s closest advisor and right hand—anticipating needs, clearing roadblocks, and enabling fast, strategic execution.
- Own and drive high-value projects end-to-end across departments—from concept to delivery.
- Coordinate and negotiate legal and outsourcing arrangements with external counsel and commercial partners.
- Identify and implement systems and processes that make the entire group run smarter and faster.
- Craft high-stakes reports, board materials, and confidential comms with clarity and precision.
- Represent the CEO with authority and diplomacy in high-pressure internal and external settings.
WHAT YOU BRING
- High IQ, high EQ, and relentless drive. You think clearly, act decisively, and stay cool under pressure.
- Experience supporting C-suite execs or founders in fast-paced, high-growth or high-stakes environments.
- A commercial, analytical mindset—possibly from law, consulting, investment, private equity, or similar.
- Meticulous attention to detail, top-tier written communication, and flawless organisation.
- Discretion and integrity. You’ll be entrusted with the most sensitive information in the business.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tools, plus a strong instinct for operational efficiency.
