What you’ll be doing...

  • Hands-on, market-building role with serious autonomy.
  • You’ll be the one winning new restaurant partnerships end-to-end, spotting the right spots, opening doors and getting them up and running.
  • You’ll also nurture early performance and make sure each launch feels like a win.
  • You’ll be the go-to local expert, the friendly face in the Scottish hospitality scene, working closely with the team to shape strategy and make a real impact.
  • This role is high-energy, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Own Glasgow & Edinburgh’s hospitality scene
  • Build and execute a Scotland-focused sales plan
  • Manage the full sales cycle
  • Onboard and nurture new partners

  • Track KPIs: pipeline, conversions, launches, and early partner success
  • Keep CRM and reporting accurate and actionable

Who we’re looking for...

  • 3+ years in sales, business development, or commercial partnerships
  • Proven track record of building pipelines and closing revenue
  • Experience in hospitality, food, consumer tech, marketplaces, or start-ups
  • Comfortable engaging founders and owner-operators
  • Familiar with Glasgow & Edinburgh hospitality!
  • Based in or near Glasgow/Edinburgh (or happy to travel frequently)
  • Data-savvy & organised
