The predicted salary is between 24000 - 42000 £ per year.

This range is provided by Sixty Eight People. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range up to £35,000 + Performance bonus.

They’re a fast-growing hospitality group operating two stylish, premium dining concepts - known for beautiful spaces, elevated guest experiences, and a commitment to doing things properly. With multiple sites already thriving and more on the horizon, they’re building a strong senior team to support their next phase of growth. What will you be doing?

  • Managing sales and purchase ledgers, including communication with suppliers.
  • Reviewing and submitting VAT returns to HMRC.
  • Overseeing weekly payroll for 400+ employees, including Nest pension integration.
  • Managing petty cash transactions using Pleo.
  • Reconciling finance accounts, direct debits, and completing monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Recording daily sales from the EPOS system.
  • Completing month- and year-end balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Posting accruals and prepayments.
  • Producing quarterly management accounts.
  • Supporting wider finance activities as required.

A bit about you… You’ve worked in hospitality finance and understand the sector’s pace. You’re confident using Xero, including system integrations. Experience with Sage Payroll is a bonus. Your Excel skills are strong. You understand bookkeeping, VAT, and tax inside out. You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable working with autonomy. Ideally, you hold AAT Level 4 or have equivalent experience.
