About us
Sixty Eight People is a specialist hospitality recruitment consultancy, recruiting from management through to executive level.
We're hospitality people first.
That shapes how we work, we understand the businesses we recruit for, and we care as much about candidate experience as client experience.
Our purpose is to shape hospitality leadership through expert and honest conversation.
The role
We're looking for a Resourcer to find the people behind our placements.
You'll build and run searches, map the market, approach candidates and manage first conversations, the groundwork that makes a shortlist credible.
You'll work alongside consultants on live roles from day one.
- What you'll be doing
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, Linked In, our database and direct approach
- Market mapping; building a picture of who's where, and who's worth knowing
- Screening applications and holding first-stage conversations
- Writing candidate summaries for client submission
- Keeping the CRM accurate and searchable
- Building relationships with candidates over time, not just for the role in front of you
What we're looking for
- Someone who is comfortable talking to people, most of this job is reaching out to people who weren't expecting your call
- Organised, and comfortable running several searches at once
- Curious about hospitality and willing to learn the sector properly
- Resilient. Candidates go quiet, roles change, searches restart
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, your candidate summaries go in front of clients
- Recruitment or hospitality experience is welcome but not essential. We'll train the right person
- What you get
- £27,000 base salary
- Commision
- Hybrid working pattern
- 40 hours per week
- Private Medical Insurance
- Full training and a clear route into a consultant role
