A growing quick-service restaurant business operating a portfolio of company-owned restaurants across London and Manchester. The business is entering a major growth phase, with four new sites opening within the next month alongside the rollout of new technology and operational systems. This is a hands-on, field-based environment where the successful candidate will support restaurant leaders, improve operational consistency and help drive performance across the estate.
What Youll Get Up To:
- Support the Operations Director across eight company-owned restaurants
- Drive sales, labour, profitability and operational KPI performance
- Coach, develop and challenge Store Managers and restaurant leadership teams
- Identify capability gaps and help put the right people into the right roles
- Conduct regular restaurant visits, audits and operational reviews
- Support recruitment, onboarding and succession planning across the estate
- Help deliver four new restaurant openings over the coming week
- Support the rollout of new systems, technology and operational initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, warehouse and design teams
- Maintain high standards across food quality, service, cleanliness and compliance
What Youll Bring:
- Current or previous Area Manager, Operations Manager, Cluster Manager or strong multi-site Store Manager
- Background in QSR, fast casual or structured hospitality businesses
- Experience leading multi-site teams and driving operational performance
- Strong understanding of sales, labour, food cost and restaurant KPIs
- Experience opening sites or supporting new launches would be advantageous
- Hands-on, commercially minded and highly organised
- Strong coaching style with the ability to build capability in restaurant teams
- Flexible approach with the ability to balance field-based work and weekend availability when needed
