Opportunity to work in a stunning B&I site in the heart of the city, catering for 1500 covers daily via a comprehensive breakfast and lunch offering. We are seeking a talented Senior Head Chef to join our senior culinary team to drive standards and oversee the day-to-day running of the operation. The offer consists of street food counters, bistro counter, extensive hot and cold grab n go, salad bars, protein bars, international stations, speciality days, and takeovers from well-known brands. This is a dynamic, exciting fresh food environment with a people-centric approach. This is a Monday to Friday operation working for a boutique contract caterer with a reputation for excellence.
The Role
The Senior Head Chef will be responsible for the full day-to-day running of the kitchen, overseeing a team of 24. Key responsibilities will include:
- Menu creation and development across all counters
- Mentoring and developing the kitchen team
- Overseeing financial targets and daily spend per head
- Daily client briefings
- Maintaining all health and safety standards
- Delivering hospitality functions aligned with client specifications

- Strong understanding of contract catering environments with both retail and hospitality
