What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a 14-site premium pub estate across London
- Coach and challenge General Managers to drive performance
- Deliver growth across sales, profitability, standards, and guest experience
- Support investment, refurbishment, and repositioning projects
- Drive consistency while protecting individual site identity
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategic growth plans
- Build strong operational culture across both wet-led and food-led businesses
- Support future acquisitions and scaling opportunities
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven Area Manager / Operations Manager experience
- Strong understanding of London pub and City trading environments
- Premium hospitality background with strong operational credibility (ideally within pubs)
- Commercially sharp with strong people leadership skills
