As the HR Manager, you will lead people-focused initiatives, driving engagement, wellbeing, and a positive culture across the business. You will:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance trust, leadership, and team engagement.
  • Work closely with General Managers and the Operations Team to align people strategies with business goals.
  • Shift from reactive employee relations to proactive people management, supporting GMs in resolving team issues.
  • Work with the teams to deliver impactful, innovative initiatives that reflect company culture.
  • Streamline payroll processes and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
  • Maintain personnel documentation and audit compliance with H&S standards.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts.
  • Support team development by coordinating external training and ensuring regular performance reviews.
  • Produce reports for board and HQ meetings, ensuring managers are updated on review status, vacancies, and recruitment efforts.

Must have proven experience in an HR role within the hospitality industry.
