What you will get up to:

  • Maintaining and elevating food quality and consistency at scale, protecting the group's reputation and guest expectations
  • Supporting openings and ongoing performance of new and existing sites by standardising systems and influencing menu execution
  • Acting as a brand ambassador in every kitchen, modelling a modern, people-first leadership style rather than old-school back-of-house mentality
  • Working closely with the senior team to align food, operations and commercial performance
