As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind one of the region's most respected dining pubs - leading the team, shaping the guest experience and protecting the reputation that's already been built. You will:
- Lead a fresh food-led site turning £40k+ net weekly
- Build a strong local reputation through community engagement and events
- Champion social media presence and self-promotion to drive footfall
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences - feedback genuinely matters here
